Our firm has handled a considerable amount of motor vehicle accident cases and we would like to advertise to obtain more work in this area. We would like to prepare a brochure for general distribution, however, my partners would like to indicate in the brochure that we are motor vehicle accident specialists. We would like to send the brochure to a small number of individuals who are already involved in litigation but not represented by our firm. We would also like to include in the distribution list people who are in the hospital undergoing difficult rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Are there any issues with this plan? View Answer
