Changes to Licensee Information may be reported by
completing and faxing the
Change of Information Form for Lawyers (pdf)

or the
Change of Information Form for Paralegals (pdf)
Avis de changement d'information des parajuristes titulaires de permis (pdf)
or by contacting the Client Service Centre. Please
include the effective date with your request.
Please note: it is the licensee's responsibility and
obligation to notify the Law Society immediately of
any changes to status,
employment, name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers.
