Licensee Information and Status Changes

Changes to Licensee Information may be reported by registering and logging into our portal at https://portal.lsuc.on.ca/wps/portal/custom_login_en or by contacting the Client Service Centre. Please include the effective date with your request.

Please note: it is the licensee's responsibility and obligation to notify the Law Society immediately of any changes to status, employment, name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers.
