Legal Research Tools
A search and discovery tool for the Law Society of Upper Canada's Great Library. A simple search box will bring back results from a number of different sources, currently AdvoCAT (the union catalogue of printed and electronic books and journals held by the Great Library and Ontario county and district law libraries), AccessCLE (online Law Society CPD articles since 2004) and the Great Library website.
Quick links to selected Internet-accessible catalogues, mainly of law school, law society, and legislative libraries in Canada.
Descriptions of online subscription databases, including Westlaw Canada, LexisNexis Quicklaw, LegalTrac and HeinOnline, which are available free for use by Law Society members and candidates in the Articling Program on site in the Great Library.
