Experienced staff are available to answer reference questions, advise on research strategy and assist in locating and using resources in the Great Library. Full reference services are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Library Hours).

e-Reference
Contact us by e-mail. This reference service is offered to members and candidates in the Articling Program of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Its purpose is to provide brief, factual reference information to patrons who are working at sites outside the library. This service is staffed weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Staff will do their best to respond within 24 business hours. Follow the link to the e-Reference form to use this service.

The Great Library's chat reference service is available to Law Society of Upper Canada members and articling students Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Its purpose is to provide brief, factual reference information to users who are working outside the library.
